Useless support for known problem

Ya a nice experience to read (was anyway). Until multiple changes made it increasingly difficult to use and then finally with the update for iOS 7 it simply wont open. Obviously a known issue but their "support" is a webpage that wont let you enter a complaint without a non-existent username/password. Obviously some "professional" designer website thats designed to lead you in circles. One of the "threads" for this problem has one entry "just open and let crash after ten crashes it works". Not only a pile of crap but shows how useless their support really is. Get it together guys. You had something worthwhile and now (like apple) youre slowly ruining it with so-called "improvements".... Please make it so I can report a problem without all this impossible so-called "account sign-ons" garbage.. If the damn app wont open I cant really get you crash information! Until you do my only recourse is to rant on your reviews( so dont bother saying "please report Problems to support" not in reviews....
